Notice of Use of Automated Employment Decision Tool

Emerson Amusements uses an automated employment decision tool ("AEDT") provided by Spheric (spheric.com) to assist in evaluating applicants for open positions. The AEDT analyzes submitted application materials and, where applicable, video or voice interview responses to assess the following characteristics: communication clarity, response structure, creativity of expression, persuasiveness, and role-relevant competencies as defined by the job description.

An independent bias audit of Spheric's AEDT has been conducted. A summary of the most recent audit, including selection rates, impact ratios by sex and race/ethnicity, the audit date, and auditor information, is available at spheric.com/trust.

Applicants who require a reasonable accommodation or who wish to request an alternative selection process that does not rely on the AEDT may contact jewel@barpartners.net prior to or during the evaluation process.

This notice is provided for candidates who may be evaluated using Spheric, including candidates for NYC-based or NYC-associated remote roles where applicable.
